hack'in off is the act of playing hackysack. a term used by advent hackey sack player. pluss its funny cuz' it sounds dirty but its not.

hacker1: waddya' doing?
hacker2: hack'n off. wanna join me?
hacker1: K, lets get a few more people in the circle,though
