Belligerent, repulsive public behavior, narcissistic in nature. An overbearing narcissistic bitch.

Can usually be found squatting on someone's property.
Has been found to suck cock for rock, thus why Mr Gums is all gum, no teeth.
Loves to make gum slapping noises in hopes of making everyone around suffer from their Grubby Gums.
No dental hygiene, smell is said to be nearly unbearable. Bad Mr Gums. No one can understand what you say through your gum flapping accent.
