Colloquial term for frequenters of the somethingawful forums.
These internet cohorts are highly trained in areas of writing, programming, photoshopping and all things related to sitting in front of a computer. They enjoy using the words 'shenanigans', 'tomfoolery' and 'debauchery'. They also tend to be a bit xenophobic. Although this makes it harder for a typical forum user to become acquainted, this quality also makes their criticism/advice more honest, and therefore more worthwhile.

A goonie can be purchased for well under the price of a regular bottle of wine as it tastes like cat's piss, but still contains around 11%ALC/VOL. Goon is a popular drink amongst teens and the homeless within Australia, as it provides lots of booze for lots of people at a fraction of the cost of anything else on the market worth drinking.
