something totally kick ass!!! such as a theme party, spring break trip to cancun, or close friends. A combination of the word Awesome, and the surfer term Gnarly. Although its sounds like something gross, it is the last word that can describe the greatest thing ever

Caldwell, that ride was gnarsome eventhough it we had to wait 2 hours in line to get on it
