A combo of "blurry" and "glare", mostly used to describe the condition of a dirty car window you can't see out of very well.

Jenny: -driving- Hey look at that house!! They have like 50 bazillion Christmas decorations in the front yard!
Kevin: I can't see anything..the window's all gleary..
