gilipollez

There isn't really a word for it in English, but basically it means asshole-ness. It's a noun. Basically someone who is a gilipollas (asshole) would exhibit gilipollez.

Una Tia: Estoy harta de gilipollez.

A girl: I'm tired of...assholeness?
