Ghassoub

An adjective used to describe a very stupid person, a person who lacks general knowledge or common sense of any kind. Some may refer to him as a mindless f***, but nowadays its called ghassoub.

yo mama is soo dumb, shes ghassoub.
your a ghassoub person.
your a dumb ghassoub.
