Somebody who lives in a poor area (getto) with poor assets and possessions but looks down on somebody who is in exactly the same situation as themself.

Sue who lives in a run down council house picks fun at nikki because she lives in a similar house accross the street. (she is a getto snob because she is picking fun at somebody in the same position as herself)

A ghetto girl who pretends she is rich to be the shit with all her ghetto friends. Usually has fake designer things. i.e. Goach purse.
