gerdschulted

when you are working over a longer period of time for a crazy motherfucker you get gerdschulted.
for example - shifting viertelframes forth and back over more than 5 hours.
also getting blamed for changes that you have not made by yourself.

i just quit my job as this agency because i got gerdschulted.
