Gjeto's Taint 

Proper noun describing the rubbery area between the scrotum and anus; commonly inhabited in elderly Indian men, or the most vile, disgusting, and nasty smells a human can come into contact with.

Dan: "How can u breathe up there with all that smoke?"
Cory: "I can't really, that scrap box fire has this whole plant smelling like Gjeto's Taint!"
