(n.) A dog. This slang term, which refers to dogs, has been gaining popularity since more and more health benefits (such as lower blood pressure) are being attributed to being in the presence of dogs.

I won't be available from 5:00 - 5:30pm since thats when I take my furHealer for a walk.
