Fuck Factor 

A magical number that when added to, subtracted from, or mutiplied or divided by any amount always increases the amount that a person is required to pay for a product or service.

I called the water company today to figure out why my bill had gone up. The rep told me to take my normal usage and multiply it by the fuck factor to determine my new rate.

similar to a dictator. this specific breed of bossy asshole lives in all places, but can sometimes be hard to find. when you do find him/her you'll know. they'll be really fucking annoying and want everyone to agree with what they say, and do what they say. the fucktator is a bothersome dumbass, a fucking dictator on a smaller scale.

Fucktatorship 

When your job is heavy handily run by management who doesn't care about you, and all they do is fuck you. Typically experienced by employees of contractor companies, and other non-union, or low wage jobs.

Me: Man I could use a break.

Boss-man: Get your ass back to work you need a break, I'll break my foot off in your ass your laid off!

Me: Break what break? I'm ready to roll boss-man! Damn I wanna drag up all this company does is fuck me and I need the money so I take that shit, this is a fucktatorship.
