Forbidden Planet

One of the greatest sci-fi films ever made. Holds up very well today even though it was made in 1956. Stars Leslie Nielsen, Walter Pidgeon and Ann Francis. Special effects by folks from Disney Studios. Introduced the amazing "Robby the Robot". Cool electronic music score. Joins "The Day the Earth Stood Still" and "The Thing from Another World" as the most enduring sci-fi movies from the 1950s.
The first time I saw "Forbidden Planet" I was ten years old and couldn't sleep for a week!

"Sorry, miss. I was giving myself an oil-job." - Robby

"The fool, the meddling idiot. As though his ape’s brain could contain the secrets of the Krell." - Dr. Morbius

Forbidden Planet

A Shop in Belfast and Dublin (It is also in many other cities as well - Check the bag to see, they're on that). It's pretty much a geek shop (I shop in it by the way x3). It sells all sorts of comics and magazines from marvel heroes to mangas. Action figures, T-Shirts, and band merchindise (I don't like the band merchindise in there, to tell you the truth =_= ). It also sells video games. Don't deny that it's a geek shop, now. :P It sells COMICS, MANGAS, all sorts of VIDEO GAMES, ACTION FIGURES (May they be marvel action heroes, marvel action hero BEARS(o_O), characters from various films, people from bands eg. Sex Pistols and Fall Out Boy etc.), etc. Forbidden Planet also sells role playing books and (you'll stare at the monitor thinking "WTH?!" after reading this part XD) collections of realistic looking WEAPONS and SHIELDS from various movies/series/sagas such as "Buffy The Vampire Slayer". The staff are uber nice :3

NOTE: May I remind you, I enjoy this shop very muchly, and I am not taking the mickey, because this is what it actually sells :D And I am saying that it's a geek shop and I am also admitting that I must BE a geek because of what I buy in there :P eg. Comics :$

I am NOT a nerd though o_O

Note2: AVOID the etchi section at ALL cost!! >_<...(I call it that because the first time I passed it, the first thing I noticed was a topless anime/manga character woman person (wth? XD). o_o

'Kay, I'll shut up now :3
Today I went into Forbidden Planet to buy Hellsing Volume 2 and 3 from the manga. Unfortunately, only Volumes 5 and 6 were there, but I bought 6 anyway, seeing as I didn't have it at the time. I also searched for a "How To Draw Manga" book while I was there, and I also looked for D&D beginners books (God, I AM a geek o_O''')

Forbbiden Planet

A genius work of pre-1960's mainstream Sci-Fi (and pre-Star Trek). Created and written out of respect for the novel based Sci-Fi/Space Opera genre. Also written as a space adaptation of William Shakespeare's "The Tempest". The story of Commander J.J. Adams and his crew (including the loveable and always drunk Chef) as they travel aboard the United Planets Cruiser C-57D to bring aid to a forgotten colony on Altair 4. Only to find one man:Dr. Morbius, his (sexually attractive) daughter Altaira, and a charming character known as Robbie the Robot who calculates and thinks with positronic nerve impulses applying the well known three laws of robotics. The movie delves into the primitive and egotistical evil (and blindness from that evil) caused by the "Monster from the Id". As the long lost dark secrets of the once technologically and morally advanced extinct race of the Krell are revealed, Dr. Morbius, J.J. Adams, and (everybody else) learns the truth behind the evil monster that massacred the rest of the colony and now seeks to destroy the crew of the Space Cruiser.

It is said of the situation where a person has the bad luck to make contact with his testicles against an undefined surface or object, intentioned or not.
Given the nature of the word, it is more appropriate to design cases where the interaction is made with a moving object, for example, a ball.
Although it is extremely painful for the victim, it tends to be considerably funny to people who witness it.
Today in the baseball game the pitcher took a nutshot; the baseball hit him in the nuts.

Man, I just watched the funniest nutshot video ever.

Nerd neck

A "human" that spends so much time playing video games that their posture is level nerd neck. Everytime anyone goes tryhard they hunch down and their neck gets longer there fore a nerd neck is always hunched down cause they're always going try hard. In other words a nerd neck is a try hard, since their neck is 100% longer than the average human being due to playing too many video games and taking them serious, nerd necks are not even considered human anymore but something more sad. Nerd necks are often found on fortnite, their natural habitat usually being tilted towers.
What a fucking nerd neck!

He is building so fast, nerd neck!

Looser more like a nerd neck ha!
