A game played by ultimate frisbee players where one hand is used to catch a flipping or spinning frisbee. Played in small groups. Rules include: no trapping, may only use one hand. End of rules. 'Those losers known as the PHat Eds who got bagled in the regional finals can't play Flutter Guts for Toffee! Yo.'
