A terminal syndrome, usually pertaining to a woman, in which the person/creature is fat in all the wrong places and flat in all of the good places.
The dirty hippy woman had extremely small breasts and buttocks in relation to her large skirt of fat around her stomach. Thus she was fat and flat.
