a magical land of flatulance where all people are created equally free to fart where ever they please. It is a culturally acceptable to fart in a strangers face and considered rude if you do not bury your nose into their ass and sniff it.

I went to fartopia and as soon as our plane landed on the island the stewardess farted in my mouth.
