Expatriate - it means "immigrant" - it's a word created by white people so they don't have to call themselves "immigrants" when they leave their native country and go somewhere else.

Short for Expatriate - somebody who has left his or her homeland to live or work in another country, usually for a long period of time.
OR my version:
Expat in Dubai: constantly complaining and rude git with an ego the size of Asia. Other characteristics includes trying to live a lavish lifestyle on a meagre salary and continous road rage

v: Expatting, to expat. The act of moving to another country for the purpose of building a better life or a more fulfilling career.
The job market really sucks. My friend? He's thinking of expatting to another country. He's really got some good plans for what he'll do!
Or:
The job market really sucks. My friend? He expatted to another country. Now, he's living his life to the fullest!
