100% excitement. Almost euphoric. A wonderful and joyful feeling of stimulation, arousal or being energized.

When there is a white liquid on the floor, table, or counter, a sexual joke meant to imply that somebody came. Also can be used if somebody gets sprayed with something.
Example: Somebody’s soda sprays when opened or there is mayo on a table. Point it out and exclaim “somebody got excited!”
