Equitist 

Someone who believes that all factors of production should be equitably compensated for their individual contribution.
An Equitist believes that management's compensation must be reasonable when compared to workers wages within that business entity.

Equitism 

A desperately needed socioeconomic system in which the workforce environment distributes gains within reason between the employees' wages and management's compensation. This system may also be used in a government to a more democratic rule of all people considered equal.
New generations are disillusioned with the system of Capitalism which squeezes maximum profit from employees as opposed to Equitism which matches compensation between corporations and those that help build them.

Equitism 

Male advocacy of the rights of both men and women.
Created by people who don't Condon the balant misandry in 3rd wave and modern day feminism, compounded by the fact that the upper echelons of feminism have not rebuked such behavior. Also because misogyny is no better in this regard.
The outright double standards and hatred of feminists and misogyny has made me see the need for Equitism

Equitist 

(noun)

A person who believes society should be built on equity — making sure opportunities, resources, and progress are shared fairly. An Equitist supports decisions that balance the needs of people, the planet, and technology so that no one is left behind.
Example: “As an Equitist, he pushes for policies that create fairness across education, the environment, and the digital world.”

When a company, service, or institution is gutted, hollowed out, or otherwise destroyed after being acquired by private equity — usually through layoffs, cost-cutting, asset stripping, innovative accounting practices, or other forms of short-term profit extraction. A more financially precise version of enshitified.
That hospital was private equitied so hard even the IVs have sponsorships.
