electric blue is an emotion people used to have in the 80s. it was similar to today's version of being emo, but instead of writing in your blog or cutting your arms up, you would want to dance around your bedroom to power ballads, most notably 'electric blue' by icehouse.
i'm so electric blue right now. i don't know whether to get out my cyndi lauper records or sit on the couch and cry over 'children of a lesser god'.

The brightest color blue ever. its so bright it will blind your face, with its electrical properties. when someone shoots lighting balls out of thier hands, they are normally this color.

My Electric Blue is the definition of a stranger you meet at a low point of your life that person could with there voice or text with the right amount of energy make your day 100x better. You felt an Electric shock then they started talking with you and you feel the shock because your Electric blue is on another level of Cute, Hot, Clever, Cool, Kind or just in general a good person. You feel relaxed and nice with your Electric blue and not pointed out like some maniac.
