Also used following primitive behaviour pertaining to objects of the civilized world (such as slamming a door, carelessly slamming down one's glass onto a table so the liquid within sloshes about or needlessly hitting something until it works).
"You think that someone who isn't intelligent, knows a lot - dur-hur-hur - you're actually retarded!"
"Uh, stupid thing - it doesn't work" bangs fan on desk and inadvertently hits its power button "Duh-hur-hur! I fixed it!"
