Ducks down is like a game, where you flip a pencil with two ducks on either sides and whichever one wins is ducks up or ducks down. Ducks down comes from the English word duck.

A motivational phrase uttered right before an action. Mainly used by a group of bros, to give an advanced warning signal to all that an action is about to happen, and then the reward for the action will be reaped (e.g. post work beers...).

Common in usage to "let's roll".
