This is a term that is used when one is trying to explain their or another's status of intoxication when they have been drinking and are faded(high) at the same time.

Little Johnny had a blast at the party on Saturday, I heard he was Draded all night.

A suffix added to the end of any word or name to express positive feelings about that thing or person. Anything that is a drade is inherently good. Drade refers to something being glorious.
