Downity

Opposite of uppity; one who believes being from a lower social status makes them a better person than someone else.
This definition has arisen from a shift in American culture towards the celebration of a success story.

Just because both my parents are lawyers, John doesn't have to act all downity to me, I still treat him the same as should he.
