Unparalleled douche. If there is a limit to how douchey you can be, a dounderhead's existence is dedicated to exceeding that limit.
Did you see that dounderhead Andrew walk by? The only other word I would use to describe him is 'douche.' Dounderhead also means 'douche,' but it's like, a whole lot worse.
