dolewalla

Unemployed person who signs a "Jobseeker's Agreement" to look for work and in return receives an allowance money to spend on booze et cetera, et cetera. The allowance is given (doled out) to the individual (wallah) in receipt of benefit, hence, the predominately working class expression of 'being on the dole." Dolewalla(h) is just a term used to describe a noncontributing member of the British economic organization.

A Dolewalla is anyone living off state 'hand-outs', not unlike the British "Royal Family".

A dotiwalla (otherwise known as a dotilala) is usually closely associated with a male Parizad.

Usually short.

Has eyes like a bug.

Person 1: Hey! That's a Dotiwalla!

Person 2: No, that's a Parizad!

Person 1: Same thing, they both have eyes like a bug!
