A popular term used for dictionaries that do not provide the appropriate definition the user is looking for. But this word is usually only used when such person is in great stress from lack of time and urgent need to find the definition of that word.
"Okay what is an aliuqualia paradox? Let me look in the dictionary."
"Where is that word? God, this dictionary is a dicktionary."
