diarchy 

A form of government in which two individuals (the diarchs) are the heads of state or kingdom.

Related concept is monarchy. In a monarchy, there's only one ruler.

Simple example of monarchy is United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, where Queen Elizabeth II currently rules.
Example of diarchy is Equestria (fictional kingdom), where rule two royal sisters side by side, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.

Diarrhyllic 

An adjective used to describe nouns that possess qualities or features of diarrhea. You can judge by smell, texture, opaqueness, thickness, size, or shape to decide on whether or not the noun is diarrhyllic.

I'm too sure about swimming in that water man, it's looking a little diarrhyllic.
