The function of a cell phone when somebody tries to steal your wallet and you chuck the cell phone at their head.

Man 1: ...and it has crime deturent...
Man 2: Crime what?
Man 1: Try and take my waller.
<Man 2 tries to take Man 1's wallet, then Man 1 chunks a cell phone at Man 2's head.>
