The physical state of ones body the morning after a night of extreme binge drinking leaving then not only dehydrated but also still wasted. Often occurs after large amount of cheap beer. It is ironic that I drank 32 cans of a liquid but am dehydrated and still wasted. I guess you could say I am dehydrawasted.
