Guy 2: Yeah but they no longer work, they're Deadphones.

Unplugged headphones worn for the purpose of listening to those around you, while still remaining autonomous, and apparently unavailable.

My girlfriend wears deadphones on the subway because she likes listening to people, but hates getting hit on by random dudes.
