Danger prone

A person who’s so clumsy it feels like they’re staring in the worst cartoon ever. Don’t ask this person to carry your drink, they’ll spill it and don’t trust this person with delicate family heirlooms.
Examples include Daphne from Scooby-Doo

Wow that person is so danger prone, she just dropped my moms favourite vase!
