A platform developed by CUHK to manage different student affairs, such as course registration, different application procedures etc.
Since CUSIS is very slow and easily jammed even during non peak hours, the word cusis is used as an adjective for being slow and stuck, while cusising can be understood as the endless process of processing.
Since CUSIS is very user unfriendly, ugly designed and messy, the word cusis is also synonymous as adjectives like “shitty” or “sucks”.
CUSIS can also be used as slangs, as long as the slang has a negative meaning. For example, “wish you be cusis” is used as a curse.
These definitions are widely agreed by all CUHK students.
