A branch of logico‑epistemology that examines how social structures and cultural frameworks shape what counts as logical reasoning and valid knowledge. It argues that standards of logic and evidence are not universal but are co‑produced by social hierarchies, collective practices, and cultural narratives. This approach studies how group identities (class, race, gender) influence epistemic authority, how cultural norms dictate acceptable inferences, and how social power can distort or enhance logical processes.
