Used in the movie "In Her Shoes." Refers to a man who buys a woman a drink in a bar exclusively to get into her pants. "Cuervo" deriving from the popular tequila brand "Jose Cuervo," and "Carl" being a common male name for any douche bag that goes to a bar to pick up women.
The only reason you're drunk right now is because Cuervo Carl wouldn't leave us alone.
