It's a term to describe when a co worker takes your pants home after a long day of work and boils a pot of water then strains the water throught the crotch of your pants and then drinks it.

Yesterday at work I cought Dallas trying to take my pants in the change room I am pretty sure he was going to try to make crotch tea
