A clichéd term of infantile beginnings originally intended to characterize individuals, typically a male, whose uncertain behavior or looming mysterious presence would make regular folks unsettled.Currently, the ubiquitous puerile terminology takes on multiple variant definitions, notably -
1- that deliberated by socially influential people to brand personalities they find inept or intolerable, if not simply unattractive; Regretfully, it's often used against those who don't wield the power their instigating counterparts do (e. g. dweebs,dorks,etc)
2- that deliberated by the malevolent youth to antagonize older folks for the way they look or behave
An all-too-uncanny example would be where the older individual compliments or merely converses with the younger, which the younger quickly gets irritated over for none other than the fact that the older doesn't share his/her aesthetic qualities. A follow-up excuse to justify the younger's reaction might be that differences in age & life experiences would therefore make it"inappropriate"for the older to talk to the younger.
3-that deliberated by self-entitling hotheads to overlay on those they deem are giving them unsolicited advances
The contact, though, is likely to be innocently unsexual & cordial by nature
4- that deliberated by moral hotmouths to unfairly fend off adults acerbated as suspected pedophiles.More often then not, any "evidence"/"proof"present is barely more than trite frivolity as found in the previously items.

A guy who is usually somewhat introverted who watches and listens to the world around him more than he talks. (In some cultures, these traits are considered admirable.) When mean-spirited girls (or douchebag dudes) treat him as if NOT being an aggressive loud-mouthed idiot is somehow bad and there is something wrong with him, he typically shuts down more. If, however, he makes an attempt to mimic their behavior in order to fit in and to get the heat off of him, they still withhold their acceptance and give him shit. He can't win. North Americans get real cunty towards guys with any level of intelligence or sensitivity. This dude would rather be writing a book or playing music or some other creative pursuit in arts or science than puffing up his chest and talking shit, therefore he will have great difficulty in all social activities, especially hooking up with girls. He's into girls but his fear of rejection is high from repeated abuse by them. He gets spell-bound by their beauty but finds it absolutely impossible to small-talk. If he could, he would, but he just can't do it. He doesn't know what to say or how to say it since he has be ridiculed too many times in the past. If he is the one in a million who gets some real level of fame for his creativity, these same people will kiss his ass in person and then continue to talk shit on him behind his back. As a result he tends to be a loner or keeps a very small group of friends that he can trust.

A horrible label thrown around on a whim usually by teenaged or young adult females used to describe every quiet guy with whom they have any sort general or social interaction.

A heterosexual Human male displaying interest in members of the opposite sex, usually between the ages of 16 and 34 - in other words, Normal.

A person who does weird things, like stares at you while you sleep, or looks at you for hours through a window. usually a close friend or relative. you know right away if that person is a creeper or does creeper things. it is not hard to spot the creeper.

A type of creature often seen in the In Development game, Minecraft. Similar to a suicide bomber but this creature lures prey into its line of fire by frowning and looking generaly sad. People fooled by this act soon are blow to millions of tiny bits as the creeper explodes. The creeper earned its name for its ability to swiftly sneak up on an unsuspecting player and quickly kill them, destroy their construction, and leave them exposed to more powerful monsters.

A grossly misused term assigned to any one male who pays too much attention to a specific female. Every girl you meet will tell you she has a creeper (why? Usually for a feeling of self-importance; if a girl doesn't have a 'creeper' who's completely obsessed with her then she might be seen by her fellow humans as a lesser being with no sexual appeal). The term is generally misused. You can be sure that the majority of creepers you hear about from your female friends are simply normal guys who may try to flirt with said female while she finds him unattractive or repulsive. The minority of creepers that you hear about may actually be desired by the female while she is simply too immature or afraid to admit her feelings for him thus dismissing him in such a fashion. Sometimes you literally need only comment on one of her photos on facebook for her to label you as a creeper for eternity.
