People from north wales who have a tenedency fro being hard and tough. They are sometimes known as "the welsh scousers". They tend to be at maccies not even to order but to plan their master plan against a old guy whos doing his best to get by who called them "spanner". U can recodnise these wild species by seing a 13-25 year old wearing travk auit and a cap with a rain coat (north face preferably) be careful for these creatures will start on you if u make eye contact or curse at them
