Rush Limbaugh told her; COVID-19 was just the common cold. This was the 19th time it had shown up, nothing to be alarmed about. Rush was such a brilliant man, and she spent hours every day tuned into conservative talk radium. If Rush said "reopen" then she'd gladly reopen. If he told her to take hydroxychloroquine, she'd take it!
