1. An intensely beautiful style of singing. It is characterized by flowery, extravagant passages and lots of trills and runs.

2. A coloratura soprano, meaning a soprano who sings the coloratura style.

3. A role in an opera or musical which employs coloratura techniques.

Contrary to popular belief, any properly trained vocalist can sing coloratura--it is not limited to sopranos.

2. Beverly Sills is a coloratura soprano.

3. The Queen of the Night is a coloratura role.

Colorandum

The palm of a black person which is lighter than the skin color of the rest of their body.

The light/fair/white part of a black person's palm.

Colorativity 

Freely using language such as the new words on Urban Dictionary to express yourself.

Any expressive activity in either language, art, dance, dress, music or communication with other people.

I catch You dancing in the Moonlight on the beach in the Tropics. The only sound breaking waves and a rustle of untrimmed palms from the Trade Winds at Sea. Who is this Woman who moves so fluidly in the tones of black and white by the beams reflected? No electronic iPod but music within her DNA. Her Colorativity excites me and wets me in anticipation of out first Lovemaking.

Colorattitude 

General uptight dimeanor or way of thinking by folks from Colorado characterized by their belief that 1) there are mountains/snow nowhere else 2)only Coloradans recreate outdoors, and/or 3) no location can be superior in any way to Colorado. This leads to an inability to find enjoyment when traveling or actually moving away from home.

These people also like to use "Colorado" in a very generalized way when making comparisons, despite most folks actually just living in the burbs.

Non-Colorado Guy - "We've been getting so much snow this year in the U.P."
Colorado Guy - "Bro, that ain't snow. Colorado gets way more than that"
Non-Colorado Guy- "Don't you live in Denver where the snow melts fairly rapidly? We regularly get twice as much in the town I live in, and it doesn't melt until March."
Colorado Guy- "Well the mountains get more snow than you."
Non-Colorado Guy- "Cool it with your Colorattitude, it's killing our small-town vibe"
