One may be called a college virgin if they do not participate in sexual intercourse while attending their university during the academic school year. This excludes Christmas, Summer, Spring, or any other time of year when the individual is not taking classes at the University.

Someone who has not had sex since the beginning of his/her college career. This does include summers, breaks, etc.
Clark: "Since Alex had sex over the summer, he is no longer a college virgin!"
Brandon: "Sweet, that guy is the coolest!"
