cibut

pronounced as "chee boot", it simply means a 'more polite' word to curse someone calling him/her "pussy."
Taken from the chinese dialect known as chee bye.

John : I'm scared man to try my luck on that chix.
Tan : Hey man, you're indeed a cibut! No balls!
