it is an north african (mostly algerian) curse word that usually means :"my pussy/vagina" but the actual meaning of it is the foam that forms when a wave breaks on the shore, but a lot are not aware of it therefore it is quite possible you'll get beaten if you say it in public. it can be used by both men and women
