Chinvite: Cheers for the invite (Heavy on the sarcasm, used in a light hearted manner). Used effectively in social/facebook situations.

Brian: "Christmas day was really good catching up with the family".
Gary: "Chinvite".

Friend 1: "Yo, when are they gonna let us check out their new place? I heard it looks really nice."
Friend 2: "I dunno man, it's a total chinvite."
