Something teenagers brag about once they grow it. Usually chin haired teenage individuals tend to put down other teenagers by bragging that they have it, and you don't.
Chin haired teen: "I'm debating shaving or not for homecomming"
Teenager with no chin hair: "Uhmm.. yeah"
Teenager with no chin hair: "Uhmm.. yeah"
