A Chalmation describes those one of a kind types of people from St. Bernard Parish aka “Da Parish”. A mexican slang made out by the words "Chilango" (Anyone native to Mexico city), and "Tapatío" (Someone from Guadalajara, Jalisco).
This word applies when a "chilango" lived his entire life in Guadalajara, Jalisco and is even capable of tasting "tortas ahogadas" without making a big deal about wet food.
