Caterpillar Face is Maddy B's brand. It also means something cool and original that makes think twice. It also means a person that has impacted you a lot. Basically all the cool stuff you want to say in one word.
Maddy is a Caterpillarface, I admire her for her creativity. She sure is different from anyone else, she isnt scared to speak her mind and wear whatever she wants.
