While consuming a beverage with caramel sauce / drizzle in it, a chunk of the drizzle clogs the straw. One must exert more force to continue progress, resulting in the clump of caramel being launched into the back of one's throat.
Friend: *drinking caramel frappe*
Friend: *suddenly coughs and gags for a sec*
Me: "You OK? What the heck was that?"
Friend: "I'm good, just got hit with the caramel cumshot."
