Nobody knows what it means, but its most probable meaning is to smoke. All we know for sure is that thog doesn't do it.

Thog is a good role model because Thog dont caare.

I don't even caare!

An expression used when one has nothing else to say. Usually used after an insult.

Adrian: Hey Grant, you're a total fag!
Grant: Well guess what...I don't even caare!
