A dumbass is a person who always mooches off others. Typically of the hemp persuasion. Signs: Quite possibly into the Grateful Dead / likes to talk about conspiracy theories.
Person 1: Hey man, did you know if you light your cigarette backwards its 7 years bad mental health? Tobacco industries planned that filter to be hazardous to your mental health. Can I bum a smoke?
